The right timing or just the conscious choice?

We often hear our friends and beloved ones saying that they met someone but then they left him suddenly because the timing was bad. They usually use this phrase, but is this the real reason or just something that you actually decided, a conscious choice and you can't admit it or even think  about it?

What is bad timing?

Is it a period that we value more our ego than a relationship or something else?

Is it a period that the activities of your child take up most of your time and you feel exhausted to give to other people?

Is it a period that you are overworked ?

Is it a period where lots of problems arise?

Is it a period that you feel nobody can understand you?

Is it a period that everything around you makes  you happy and you feel that there is not enough space for happiness from someone else?

What is the conscious choice?

Is a choice made after much thought, not by accident.

Choosing what is morally and ethically right based on one's conscience.

Giving value to a particular fact or phenomenon

The choice that is a statement of  your priorities.

Each choice that both opens or closes doors for you.

A choice not based on passion only, but on responsibility.

A choice that you have thought out the results.

Is Destiny what actually defines our future? Is the bad timing an artificial reason because it is easy to use? There is not a lot of free time I understand but if you take conscious focused actions you can attain a lot of things. Without trying hard. A person can respect and understand the choice that you decided when it is the truth. It is better to say my choice is... than it is not the right timing. How does it sound to you?
